Monica Yost of Utica NY recently visited the Caps Fund office in Kingston, NY where she received a donation to help off set expenses for the care of her 6 year old daughter Caidence.
Caidence is being treated in Syracuse at the Upstate Children’s Hospital. Monica mentioned she will use the donation for travel expenses back and forth from Utica to Syracuse, a trip she makes almost daily.
